Catching Dreams Fishing Charter

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone has had a great summer, I know I have! I have come to a decision on who we will be helping in our next fundraiser.  Catching Dreams Fishing Charter will be it! Their motto is “turning wishing into fishing ” I met Captain Ned a few years ago when he came to my fundraiser for S.E.R.V. Niagara and he offered to take me on one of his fishing trips.  I had a really good time and Captain Ned is a pretty awesome guy.  He takes kids who are battling cancer and Veterans on free guided fishing trips to help them relax and have a good time.  I think this is an awesome thing to do.  You can check out Catching Dreams website here
We will be having our fundraiser on February 17th.  More information to come on where and what the fundraiser will be.
Thank you for all your continued support! I am excited for this next fundraiser!

Christmas Fundraiser

Spaghetti Dinner

Hi Everyone,

we are a month away from the fundraiser.
This time were doing Dog Tags again and holding the event at the Wheatfield community center and are having an all you can eat spaghetti dinner and basket raffle and the fundraiser is held on 12/27/15 from 4-7pm.

spaghetti dinner -adults are $8 or 1 dog food or cat food.
spaghetti dinner -children are $6 or one of these items – a roll of paper towels, bleach, cleaning supplies.collars or leashes.

Dinner and 1 Sheet of basket raffle tickets – $12 or large bag of pet food
Dinner and 1 sheet of basket raffle tickets – $10 or 1 item listed, large papertowels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies.

I chose Dog Tags again because I like Dogs and helping Veterans. They let Veterans work with the dogs so they can be adopted. The shelter also has rabbits and cats too.

You can buy tickets by going to my gofundme page and in the comments, let me know what you would like!

If you can donate a basket or spaghetti stuff, please tell my Mom.

Thank you for your help!
Kyle

What Would Be Your Legacy?

Another Successful Year

Hi Everyone! Saturday was another really good event! Saw lots of people come in. There were lots of cameras and tv people. I had my picture taken all night by Mr. Alen. We were able to donate 200+ toys and items! We will also be making a donation of $900 to S.E.R.V Niagara. There were enough toys for 125 kids to get more than 1 or 2!
Thank you everyone who came out and supported me, and those who were not able to make it but still supported me. A huge thank you to all of my Warriors for all your help. I would not be able to do this without you. Mommy and daddy and Uncle Billy, Aunt Kayla, Aunt Amanda, Uncle Lyle, Aunt Jen, All my Grandmas, Great Grandma, Aunt Bethany, Uncle Brendan, Grandpa Randy, Aunt Tina, Jordan, Aunt Julie, Aunt Amanda, Uncle Chuck,Reilly, Xavier, Melissa, Emma, Lilly, Aiden, Dylan, Zoe, Zayla.

I got to meet some of the kids who got presents. It was cool and they made me a card!

I’m happy we could make a Good Christmas for them.

Meeting S.E.R.V. Founder

Hi everyone,

I met Miss. Jen, the founder of S.E.R.V. Niagara on Wednsday.  at Tim Hortons.  She answered all my questions that I asked.  Like, Why did you start S.E.R.V. and where she started and who helps her.  She started S.E.R.V. because when she grew up, she lived on a Marine Base in North Carolina.  Her Dad came back from fighting and started using drugs.  Her Ex-husband also started to use drugs and died.  She saw that Veterans needed help.  She started it in Lockport and her first person to help her was her oldest son.  She was pretty cool, we had donuts and drinks and talked about what we are doing.  She thought it was pretty cool.  I feel good about what we are going to do for the Veterans. Especially during Christmas  time!   I want kids to have a good Christmas and be happy!  So we are collecting Toys when we have our basket auction.

Has everyone completed their thankful challenge?  We have raised $320 so far!

We are going to have another basket auction on December 20, 2014 from 6p-9p.  We will have more about that later.

THanks everyone for your support, stay tuned for more!
